Mick's experience spans four decades and his former clients include world leaders, billionaire philanthropists, trailblazing entrepeneurs and the planets highest profile celebrities. Trained by Master Sommelier Bruce Wallner (www.sommfactory.com), his 30+ years of experience amongst Australasia’s finest dining establishments has fine tuned a skillset that now services the most elite market in the world. Mick contracts as a private Sommelier at some of New Zealand’s most exclusive properties including The Lodge at The Hills, Matakauri and Eagles Nest’s Rahimoana. He is also certified through the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
