Pyramid Valley

Founded in 2000 by Burgundian-trained Mike Weersing and wife Claudia, Pyramid Valley has spent decades crafting world-renowned wines. In 2017, the mantle passed to my long-time friends, Steve Smith MW and Brian Sheth. Together, they continue a legacy of excellence at Waikari farm in North Canterbury and the Manata farm in Central Otago, where unique limestone and schist based soils produce some of the world’s most profound Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
